Just returned from a week at this fantastic hotel 😀 The whole place is absolutely spotless with really friendly staff throughout. For an all inclusive hotel the food is of a very high standard as are the drinks . We will definitely return ! “A star choice.”

Everything lived up to our expectations. All staff, from management to cleaning staff worked really hard to provide excellent hospitality. Many stairs but the efficient lifts were a godsend. Our room 369 was just perfect and very spacious. The only niggle was the stylish bedside lights which hung down vertically but were totally useless in their intended use for reading whilst in bed. Apart from that it was 100%. We chose the hotel because of its position, being on the edge of a village and countryside walks nearby . Step out of the hotel and down a short country lane to a stupendous and largely deserted beach area. It was just bliss, day after day. Most took the shuttle bus to the next beach which had a bar and was more populated. The driver of the bus….. Christos. What a lovely gentleman who provided such a reliable and friendly service . Enjoyed all the food on offer and pool bar was great. Thank you to all the staff for everything you do in whatever capacity.

We arrived 21st of May. This is the first time we have been to an all inclusive hotel in Greece. We have been to many islands and mainland accommodations Greece but have always self catered. After reading many reviews we came with an open mind, we decided if the all inclusive wasn't for us we would eat and drink out. We came for a relaxing break early season and that is exactly what we got. We were very pleased with the comfort sea view room we booked (the sea view is distant) The service we received from all the staff was excellent, Pavlos in the restaurant deserves a mention always smiling and attentive, all the other staff were equally good (too many names to remember) The meals met our needs, lots of varied choice each day, though the buffet meals were not served hot there was a microwave available to warm the meals if required, the week we were there we saw no one use the microwave. Down by the pool we always had a choice of sunbeds on the grassed area. The barmen were a credit to the hotel sorry I have not remembered their names. I do remember the evening barman came from Polychrono and recommended various drinks to us and was a true professional. The bus to and from the scenic beach was an added bonus for us, I would not have enjoyed the walk back uphill. We booked through Jet2 holidays they class the hotel as 3 star plus, the hotel classes it as 4 star and is more accurate in our opinion. I am a fairly fit 73 year old and did not find the stairs or slopes a problem, I obviously used one of the lifts where possible. We both agreed we would love to come back.

The hotel was very relaxing and staff was very friendly and helpful,small issue when I got there but sorted by jet2 rep and management very quickly (well done guys),I’m a fussy eater but got by with the food,most of the guests were quite happy, drinks are poor quality and snacks during the day need to be addressed , the hotel needs another bar the lobby would be ideal,anybody with walking issues needs to check before booking,all in all nice relaxing hotel,there are plenty of stars amongst the staff but the brightest star by far is Aurela(Ruby Tuesday)
