Just home after a week. The rooms are small and basic but have everything you need. It was clean. Small kitchenette with full size under counter fridge with small freezer compartment. Toasters, kettle, 2 ring hob. Not many sockets in the apartment. Our bathroom towels only got changed once in the whole week. They state every 3 days. They state they clean everyday. But all they do is empty the bins there is no cleaning involved. You can hire towels from reception €10 per towel deposit. They don’t want you changing them every day though. You can hire fans for €20 per week but they will question why you want them. My sister struggled to get a fan. They give you one pillow about 1cm thick and will also question you if you ask for more pillows. The patio doors also have external sliding shutters to help with the heat. Reception staff were a bit standoffish. Pool bar were helpful and nice. Food at the pool was good def recommend the frappe. Not enough sunbeds and umbrellas. Some of the umbrellas were broken. Plenty of space for more beds but there is seating at the bar so you can use these chairs. Pool starting to show signs of aging and could do with a touch up. Paint peeling and some of the grates are broken. The pool is also not opened until 10am so at least people don’t try and grab beds early. I think the beach is more popular. The pool bar only takes cash or you can set up a tab u see your room and pay later. The resort has cash points. The bar closes for food at 4.30pm and fully closes at 7.30pm. The hotel offers breakfast but no idea what it’s like. They also offer dinner but saw no advertising of this. The hotel is close to the main strip and supermarkets.

Have to agree with other reviewers that this is basic holiday accommodation. That’s not to say that it’s bad, you’re just getting what you pay for. It’s simple, clean and of decent size but it’s definitely showing signs of wear and tear and could do with investment. As a base though, it’s perfectly fine. The kitchen comes equipped with a good size fridge (and small freezer compartment), two hob plates, a kettle and toaster (our kettle and toaster worked but were temperamental). I didn’t cook anything so can’t comment on utensils (pots/pans). The bathroom has more recently been upgraded and was fine, with a walk-in shower. We paid for AC but you should be aware that it’s only in the bedroom so doesn’t cool the rest of the apartment. It worked well though and we were grateful to have it. Just to note that you’re only supplied with 1 pillow per person and need to request additional pillows at reception (though we had some hilarious reactions from reception staff - as if it was a wacky request!). A hairdryer is also provided in the bedroom. The mattresses in the bedroom (two single beds pushed together) were a little firm but much more comfortable than the bed settee in the lounge (as you might expect, it was a thin mattress though you got used to it across the week). You can hire a fan from reception at €21ish for the week. It helped a little bit didn’t really cool the room down that much (the weather was really hot when we visited). In the lounge you have a dining table, the open plan kitchen and bed settle (which can be converted easily back to seating). There’s also a balcony. Each had a drying rack for towels/swimwear and a table and chairs (we had 2 chairs so had to use dining chairs for extra seating). If you have young children you might want to check the balcony railings as ours were a little loose so wouldn’t want to push against them. The pool, for us, was the nicest part of the complex. It didn’t really get overcrowded, though it’s quite small. There are plenty of seats - perhaps more umbrellas and loungers would be a good addition though. You could also use inflatables in the pool - there might be free leftover floats available so you don’t have to buy anything. The pool bar was well staffed and food and drinks were good (and reasonably priced too). The resort itself is really lively and there’s plenty of choice for bars, restaurants and shops. We found that you could eat and drink out very reasonably (though you could also push the budget in fancier restaurants). We found the places on strip (the main road) were cheaper than the beachfront (which you’d probably expect). There’s a really lovely gyros place just off beachfront (with 13 in the title) where you can get a gyros for just over €4 - tasty and filling! We also tried Las Pas in the old town/village and food was good there too. The Ioli Village certainly isn’t perfect but we probably paid as much for it as we would a week in a caravan in Cornwall so it is good value. I don’t think I’d stay here again but we enjoyed our holiday and loved the resort
