The hotel's location is excellent and the view is fantastic! What made our stay more special was the staff, especially Demetris. He was always smiling, polite and willing to help with anything. His positive energy lifted our mood every day. Thank you so much :-) We hope to be back!

My Husband and I have just returned from an amazing 10 night stay at this amazing hotel. We arrived to a lovely welcome with a cocktail whilst we chilled out from our journey. All the staff are lovely and nothing is too much trouble, we had an issue with our fridge in our room not working and a few things not replenished when the room was cleaned, but as soon as we notified reception they sorted this all very quickly whilst we popped out for the evening. All the pool staff were amazing, too many names to mention but the personal touch of remembering your names was really nice. We had half board and the variety of choices for breakfast and the evening was very good, we always found something we liked. The drinks at the hotel can be pricey depending what you pick so we would normally head out after dinner. Hanioti is 2 minutes walk and has lots of bars and restaurants or there is Nicks bar next door, which has lots of reasonably priced drinks and a really friendly atmosphere. The beds in the rooms are so comfortable and the best nights sleep we have had, was a struggle to get out of in the morning. The only negative is the sunbed reserving which unfortunately happened everyday. The sunbeds have signs saying do not reserve and your items will be removed after 30 minutes however this is not enforced so did not stop people. Being early risers we would head down to the pool after breakfast at 9 and would always get a sunbed, we saw a lot of people putting the towels out to reserve the sunbeds and then heading off not to return till 2 hours later which meant a lot of people couldn't get a sunbed. Despite this one negative we had an amazing holiday and can't wait to return, we certainly did not want to leave this beautiful hotel.

Guests are treated to magnificent vistas of the Aegean Sea, where the warm, crystal-clear waters beckon for a swim. The climate is superb, with abundant sunshine and pleasant temperatures that make it an ideal destination for holidaymakers. The surrounding grounds are beautifully maintained, reflecting a meticulous attention to detail that enhances the overall ambiance. However, the tasteful décor and the overall cleanliness make for a satisfactory accommodation experience. The layout of the hotel is generally good, with most amenities within easy reach, adding to the convenience for guests. However, during our stay, we encountered an unfortunate incident involving our personal belongings. We had two travel mugs that we regularly use, which were taken by the cleaning staff. When we inquired about them, the apparent lack of understanding of English by the staff led to our concerns falling on deaf ears. This experience marred our otherwise positive impression of the housekeeping services. Pool Area and Grounds The pool area is a highlight of the hotel. It is first-class, offering a spacious and attractive environment for sunbathing and swimming. Comfortable loungers, clean facilities, and a serene atmosphere make the poolside an inviting place to spend the day. The availability of sunbeds and the pristine condition of the pool contribute significantly to the guests' relaxation and enjoyment. Complaints about cold dishes and insufficient quantities were common during the first week of many guests' stays. This aspect marred the overall experience and was a significant disappointment for those expecting a higher standard of culinary offerings. The hotel management did respond to these complaints, and there was a marked improvement in the food quality after the first week. However, this initial lapse affected the overall perception of the hotel's dining capabilities. The decision not to open the beachfront restaurant for evening meals also proved unpopular, limiting dining options and detracting from what could have been a more varied and enjoyable culinary experience. Additionally, we experienced a concerning incident in the hot meals section. We observed the chef using a dishcloth to wipe his brow and then using the same cloth to pat down the meat. This lapse in hygiene could have been the cause of the tummy problems we experienced during our stay, raising serious concerns about the food safety standards at the hotel. In response to the complaints, we were offered three vouchers for three-course meals at the beach bar restaurant. However, as this restaurant only operates until 5 PM, we found it impractical given our preference for lighter meals during the day. Consequently, we were instead offered a free bottle of wine in the evening, which was a considerate gesture but did not fully address our dissatisfaction with the dining options. Furthermore, the drinks at the hotel are notably overpriced. While this might be somewhat expected in a high-end resort, the steep prices can be a deterrent for guests looking to enjoy beverages without feeling like they are overpaying. Staffing and Service Staff at the Domes Noruz Kassandra are, on the whole, friendly and welcoming.
