On 23 January 2020, the new Balearic Law against Tourism Excesses entered into force, which prohibits all-inclusive deals with unlimited alcoholic beverages. Only a maximum of three alcoholic beverages per guest will be served during lunch and/or dinner.
We would also like to inform you of the following restrictions included in the law:
Practices which may endanger the life, health and physical integrity of guests are strictly prohibited at hotels, apartments and holiday properties. These practices include climbing from one balcony or window to another and jumping from inappropriate places such as balconies into swimming pools (a practice widely known as ';balconing';). Guests breaking the law will be immediately banished from the property and may be fined, states the law and the corresponding municipal regulations. The hotel/apartment manager or property agent must order said guests to leave immediately, which may require assistance from the security forces.
Failure to comply with the prohibition of practices which may endanger the life, health and physical integrity of guests will be considered a serious offence. In the Balearic Islands, serious offences are subject to a fine between 6,001 and 60,000 euros.

“Sleep like an empress”
This comfy hotel near the train station had me sleep like an empress my first night in town. The breakfast buffet was copious and sumptious. “Good hotel”
The hotel is close to the train station. The area seemed safe. The hotel was clean. One think I noticed was the smell of stale cigarette smell when you first come in. Then I found out why. They have a bar right off the reception area. Which allowes smokeing. The room was larger then i tho… more

“A reliable address !”
Third visit in this hotel and another positive experience . Very welcoming staff , quiet and clean bedrooms . Fresh towels everyday and an excellent breakfast with a multiple choice of bread , juice , salmon etc !

“Above Average Rating Hotel...”
