“Traditional Inn, GREAT location”
We stayed 2 days at the Alte Poste and enjoyed every aspect from the front facing room overlooking the outdoor dining area to the scrumptious breakfast buffett and traditional dining room.

Everything was great at Alte Post Hotel: the room was renovated and comfortable, the breakfast delicious, the people at the hotel very friendly, the value for money excellent, the beer and the dinner typical Bavarian. Thanks a lot!

“Excellent stay”
Lovely hotel. Dead center of town hs an elevator. Excellent breakfast and dinner Frank the waiter was constantly moving and kept everything full at breakfast. Presentation was wonderful. Parking is free and ri go t behind the building. I would stay here again next time i am in Onerammergau

“Memories. Revisited Oberammergau with grandchildren”
Visiting Germany with grandchildren showing them places we came to 38 years ago with their mum. Oberammergau was a fond memory from the past. Hotel Alte Post was chosen because of its location and because it had a restaurant on site which made it easier for us.
