On 23 January 2020, the new Balearic Law against Tourism Excesses entered into force, which prohibits all-inclusive deals with unlimited alcoholic beverages. Only a maximum of three alcoholic beverages per guest will be served during lunch and/or dinner.
We would also like to inform you of the following restrictions included in the law:
Practices which may endanger the life, health and physical integrity of guests are strictly prohibited at hotels, apartments and holiday properties. These practices include climbing from one balcony or window to another and jumping from inappropriate places such as balconies into swimming pools (a practice widely known as ';balconing';). Guests breaking the law will be immediately banished from the property and may be fined, states the law and the corresponding municipal regulations. The hotel/apartment manager or property agent must order said guests to leave immediately, which may require assistance from the security forces.
Failure to comply with the prohibition of practices which may endanger the life, health and physical integrity of guests will be considered a serious offence. In the Balearic Islands, serious offences are subject to a fine between 6,001 and 60,000 euros.

“Excellent budget hotel”
We stayed in the family room for one night, and enjoyed our stay, the room was large clean and the beds comfy, the host was friendly helpful and polite, and the hotel is quiet and has a lovely little beer garden The rooms were very warm though but the fan helped

We stayed here for 2 nights and it was fine to be honest. The rooms were very clean, the family room was large and the kids each had their own bed. The bathroom was modern, recently updated. We had breakfast one day which was good. We stayed when the weather was extremely hot, and aircon would have been nice. However, they had given us a fan, which helped. A fridge would be a nice addition. Overall not too bad. Too far to walk to town centre

Spent one night in this hotel. It is in a residential area about a 10 minute drive from the city centre. Check in was smooth and staff (owners?) were friendly and helpful. Our room was very adequate and clean and comfortable, if somewhat sterile and lacking in any particular character. The included breakfast was hot and fresh...not anything spectacular, but certainly adequate as well. There was no AC so it was a bit warm in the room but we survived nicely. This hotel offered fair value, however, we would probably look for someplace with a bit more character and a better location if we were to be in Offenburg again.
