This hotel is in the perfect downtown location, with the car parking just a bit up the road (do a u turn and on the right once you get the parking card from reception). This hotel is in the perfect downtown location, with the car parking just a bit up the road (do a u turn and on the right once you get the parking card from reception). It was just a couple of minutes from a great spa. The staff were really friendly and went out of their way to ensure we had a nice stay. The view was great (we were on the top floor). The rooms were all a good size. The facilities were all fairly basic, but that's where the value comes in, and it feels like great value. We also really enjoyed our breakfast, which included making some tasty waffles.

This property is outstanding. The best feature is the location but the staff friendliness is not far behind. Free mini bar is a very welcome feature as well as free parking. This property is outstanding. The best feature is the location but the staff friendliness is not far behind. Free mini bar is a very welcome feature as well as free parking. The rooms are extremely spacious. If you prefer a bit of a firm mattress, as we do, you are in luck. The breakfast is not included but for the price it is well worth it, such a beautiful layout and selection. No air conditioning so this could be a problem in the summer but in late November it was not an issue for us.

Location is very good in a couple of minutes your are in the centre of Baden-Baden. Everything is on walking distance from hotel. One of the spa's is even next to hotel. Location is very good in a couple of minutes your are in the centre of Baden-Baden. Everything is on walking distance from hotel. One of the spa's is even next to hotel. Parkingspots are in the garage with direct access to hotel with stairs or elevator. Room was spacious with a good bed. There was also a mini bar. Shower was okay, nothing special. There was quite some noise from the streets at night/ early in the morning but when you close the window you notice that sound isolation of the rooms are good. We didn't had breakfast because it was so close to the city centre and there are several breakfast locations. Price quality of hotel was very good.
