Check in was bit stressful as initially offered a room without a safety deposit box, however, I was later offered a room with the safety deposit box, as it’s a norm for any 3 or 4 star hotel to include a safety deposit box. Positives: 1- Clean rooms with a mini fridge and nice toilets 2- Excellent location, 1 minute walk to Rewe grocery store which has everything at local prices, and good transport links to Frankfurt main station; 108 bus to Offenbach and thereafter Train to Frankfurt. 3- Good buffet breakfast 3- 24 and helpful reception staff 4- Had a steam room and tiny gym Negatives: 1- There wasn’t a kettle or tea /coffee sachets in room, however, the receptionist offered me a small kettle and I purchased the 3 in 1 cafe sachets from nearby Rewe store 2- There wasn’t a Iron or ironing table in hotel room, however, I borrowed a Iron from receptionist for few hours 3- No Shampoo or soaps, just a bottle of Bodywash, again not an issue as nearby Rewe store has everything.

“Nice Hotel, Great Staff”

The guy at the front desk "couldn't find" the reservation and we spent a good five minutes discussing this with him while showing him confirmation numbers, credit cards, etc. Finally he decided to look in a drawer and miraculously found the reservation. Things didn't start off well, to be honest. The guy at the front desk "couldn't find" the reservation and we spent a good five minutes discussing this with him while showing him confirmation numbers, credit cards, etc. Finally he decided to look in a drawer and miraculously found the reservation. Then I requested a wake up call for 3 hours later which actually came the next morning. I DID make sure to request the call for zwansig Uhr and not for acht Uhr. Aside from these two errors, though, the hotel was great. The room was spacious, more than enough bathroom towels and the breakfast buffet was fantastic. Props to the breakfast crew for letting us eat when we showed up later than we should have (I think we walked in 5 minutes before it was to shut down). They didn't hurry us out or make us uncomfortable, they just let us eat and even told us there was no need to hurry - because we were hurrying. The front desk staff after our check in were great. Extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the local area and went above and beyond to assist us.

“Interesting Hotel”

I love this location because of the history. The room were very clean and the breakfast was very delicious with a good variety. The Location was very quiet but zentral for discovering Frankfurt. Only 15 Minutes to Frankfurt.

“In Germany”

No air conditioning but was a reasonable room for the price. The hotel restaurant was amazing and the staff was great! They stayed open just for us. Best schnitzel we had all trip! Supermarket right across street from hotel which was a bonus.
