“Dorint Neuss still delivers a good experience”
Dorint Neuss still is a good hotel. The rooms are kept well, look fresh and are clean. Beds fine, I don't like the pillows as they are too soft and thin, but that is personal. I prefer rooms wth a shower, they also have some with a bath. Purchase breakfast when you book as that is the cheaper optio… more

“Okay”
The room was clean. The restaurant was good (we went there for dinner and breakfast) but the burger had no taste. The spa and the bar were closed (on a Saturday) and the wifi was not accessible from our room.

“Not bad not great”
Good check in and friendly staff on reception. Room was a touch dated and the shower gel and soap wasn’t great or the easiest to get out of the fixed dispenser.
