“A wonderful experience”
A perfect hotel, in the center of the old city, with the parking under the hotel. Friendly hotel employees. And the breakfast was fine.A nice clean room, and no noise in and outside our room. It was a wonderful experience.

The hotel is right at the edge of the pedestrian shopping district and a short way from the historic buildings. Plenty of pavement cafes and bars in season. Here is a letter I wrote to H4. I am posting it here because I did not receive any response whatsoever: I am writing to express my disappointment following our recent stay at the H4 Hotel in Muenster, which marked our seventh visit over the past seven years. This stay was a serious letdown and fell far below the standards we have come to expect from your establishment. Because I work in a similar industry, I find it most appropriate to send this feedback directly to management instead of posting a negative review in a public forum, in the hopes of receiving a satisfactory response. During our stay, we encountered several issues with our suite. We were alarmed to find black mold in the shower, which poses health risks. The door to the terrace needs to be fixed; it requires two adults to open it, making it quite inconvenient. Additionally, we noted that water was no longer delivered to our room, which we found to be an inconvenience. It came as an unwelcome surprise that the Executive Lounge has been closed with no notice. On the service side, we were disappointed by the lack of warmth and friendliness from the staff, which used to enhance our experience. The housekeeping service varied greatly; some days it was just acceptable, while on others, it was noticeably insufficient. Considering our family's history of spending over 10,000+ EUR during our stays, I strongly recommend that you consider presenting your highest-paying customers with a welcome drink or a complimentary amenity. On our previous visit, we were greeted by name and received a welcome letter, which made us feel valued. This time, however, we were met with disappointment at almost every turn. Given these issues, we feel that the value for cost is no longer justifiable. We used to relish our stays and looked forward to returning, but after this experience, we will likely look at staying at another establishment. I hope you take this feedback seriously before you lose more loyal customers and look forward to your response.
