A good friendly and tidy hotel ideally situated in the city centre. Munster is a beautiful city and well worth the visit. “Good Hotel in the city of Münster”
This hotel has a great location, it is very close to the center of Münster (5 to 10 minutes). The rooms are clean, it is a little bit old style. But i think they will be rebuild the hotel. The service is very well as always in the Mercure Hotels.

Booked privilege room not very privileged coffee machine mini bar wifi premium not premium reception was quite patronizing and rude, room had flag on the wall and stuck on pics of Bavarian castles good cleaning though

“Never ever use the hotel´s parking garage!”
We would give this hotel a much better rating, if it were not for the cramped narrow and expensive parking garage! “One night on business”
OK for a night but needs refurbishing, rooms are dated plus A/C not great. Small bar area with decent beer and OK food, if you don't want to venture out. Got a low priced deal, otherwise would have stayed at Ibis, which is close buy and has been fully refurbished.
