The hotel is conveniently located near Munich Central Station, although the street itself can feel a bit shady. We stayed here during the spring of 2023. There was an additional fee for early check-in, but considering it was early in the morning, it seemed reasonable. The room was spacious and had all the necessary amenities. The bathroom was clean, and housekeeping would tidy the room if you placed the "make up my room" tag. On the ground floor, there’s a nice piano bar. We chose not to opt for the breakfast, as it was quite expensive, and it was more convenient for us to walk to the station, where there are plenty of affordable options.

“The hotel itself is nice and comfy.”

Good hotel. Nice staff. Not enough good restaurants nearby. Cleaning people do not adequately replenish supplies. The surrounding area is a bit sketchy. It's near the train station, which is convenient, but lots of questionable people hanging around.

In general a nice hotel. Very central location in walking distance to the city centre and many of the sights. The central station is literally across the street. Lots of restaurants nearby. We arrived early and was met by a very welcoming and friendly receptionist. Our room was ready despite the time of our arrival so we could check-in immediately. Very nice that was. The room was nice, bright, clean and spacious. Very comfy beds with crisp bedlinen. Spacius and well equipped bathroom. At some point we could not open the safe and contacted the front desk. The receptionist came up straight away and was able to open it. Very much appreciated. Our room - 608 - was opposite the door to the stairs for the swimmingpool. As the door closed heavily we could hear the slamming from early morning which was quite annoying. So if you get a room at the 6th floor make sure to get one away from that door. The breakfast buffet was huge and plentiful with lots of different options. However, the staff was very inefficient and looked like they couldn't bother about cleaning the tables and getting them ready for the next guests. Would definately stay there again.

Ok stay. Location was fairly good although surrounding area a little run down. Walking distance to get to main attractions. Room was spacious and shower and bath good. Pillows however were awful…. So flat and uncomfortable we had to ask for more which were provided. The hotel was very hot all the time. I think they need to turn the thermostat down. Room cleaning was not good. They did not remove our rubbish in the 3 days we were there! Although staff were helpful when required I wouldn’t say they went above and beyond and they did not ask how our stay was when we left. Piano bar was nice.
