“Aussie's loved Maritim Munich.”
I booked the Maritim Hotel for my group of 24 Aussie's, we were there in Sept 24. We very much enjoyed our stay at the hotel, very good rooms, beds, and breakfast was service very nice. “Good hotel, close to the main train station, S and U bahn lines”
We arrived before the check in time, the reception staff were happy to look after our suitcases so we could go off and explore Munich. “Location, location location...!!??”
Nice Hotel with a 80s look, design and interior. Nice welcome, good room, and smiling friendly staff. + Great bathroom and strategic location. - The location... The streets surrounding the Hotel is full of homeless, addicts and beggers. And the beds! Room 260 needs new beds!

“A very simple 4 stars hotel”
The simplest 4* hotel I've ever stayed in. For example, you have to ask for a soap bar at the reception desk. No kettle in the room. One towel available. The hall smells of moist. The room was, however, very clean and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast is good! Ok for a short business stay.
