“Great location”

Very good value for money . Very central location only few steps from the main station Good breakfast and excellent staff . Spacious room . Very clean. This hotel exceeded my expectations . Some reviews mention not having air conditioner in the rooms but we were lucky with the weather

We chose this hotel on Hotels.com due to it's location by the main train station. We arrived early for check-in and we were greeted by Dorothy at the front desk. She was very friendly and welcoming, giving us information about good restaurants in the area, the shopping areas nearby and that there would be on the next night where we could see some fireworks. Even though we were early, we were able to check into the 2 rooms we booked. Very comfortable and clean and the breakfast was very substantial. I would recommend this hotel and stay again if I am ever back to Munich.

This hotel was a reasonable walking distance to both the Theresienplatz, Marienplatz, and the main train station. The room was an average size but quite basic. The bathroom was very large with a small shower. We struggled with a lack of hot water. There is a rule that you must give your key to the front desk when you leave the hotel. We found this unusual. The breakfast buffet was acceptable. Nothing warm, just cold cuts, breads and jams. The only major issue was the bar across the street that stayed noisy until the sun came up. I know this is not the hotel's fault but it is something to note.

I chose this hotel mainly for its location, as I was due to arrive at the Munich Central Station around midnight. It took less than 5 mins to reach this hotel from the station, although it was located in a slightly doggy area. My room, which was a bit small but clean, was facing the noisy street, but I managed to sleep reasonably well. I was not sure, however, if I would like to stay in this hotel during the summer months of June, July and August, as the room was without AC, thus necessary to open the window in the evening. The irony in this hotel was that the room got two doors - thus no noise coming from the corridor. The bed was not so comfortable, in particular only one small pillow. The breakfast was fine. Overall, as a less than 10 hour overnight stay, Hotel Haberstock met my expectation.
