We did a 2 day strategy meeting there. The service met all our needs (private bar, goodies in our rooms etc.) in a silent and acommodating way. The food options were flawless. We also got professional support during the planning process which helped us a lot. The location next to the highway helped our colleagues to reach the hotel by car. The only downside we found are the limited train and bus options to get there.

Despite the mixed reviews here I booked what seemed the only highish-end 4-star hotel in Magdeburg, which also sports an in-house restaurant and is very conveniently located near to the A2 autobahn. Despite the mixed reviews here I booked what seemed the only highish-end 4-star hotel in Magdeburg, which also sports an in-house restaurant and is very conveniently located near to the A2 autobahn. Because of the intense heat, I drove and arrived early, but the receptionist kindly gave me early checkin at no extra cost. Everything about the hotel over which other reviewers seem to have complained I found to be misplaced, exaggerated, or has been fixed. For example, those who reported ‘worn carpets’ obviously did not examine them in any detail, because what they were really noticing was the actual design of the carpeting! The selection in the restaurant is maybe not huge, but certainly adequate for all tastes, reasonably priced and both tasty and filling (if a little over-salted). The rooms are nicely air-conditioned with individual controls that actually work. Beds are very comfortable, bathrooms spacious and well equipped, and breakfast was also good (and included in the room rate). So overall, a very fine and relaxing experience.

We were traveling from Warsaw to Rotterdam and needed a overnight stop . This location was perfect close to the motorway. We had not pre booked , but the receptionist was very helpful and spoke per English. The room was spotless and provided space and other little extas. We ate in the restaurant, and although the menu was limited , there was enough choice and was very tasty. The staff again were very polite and the young gentleman spoke English which was very helpful. Breakfast again was plentiful with a mass choice for everyone , including a gluten free area ( for those). We enjoyed every bit of it and would stay again , but be warned it was not cheap but worth it . Maksim Kocura 02/02/ 23

“good location near the autobahn”

good location near the autobahn, and perfect for a night. the room was nice and clean. parking just outside the hotel. If I need a place to stay another time near Magdeburg, I would choose this hotel again.
