Just to recommend. Hotel is on a perfect location and very well maintained. Staff is friendly and breakfast tasty.

Our room overlooked the river and Lubeck old town. Walking distance to everything. Breakfast buffet was exceptional.

This hotel is in a great location located next to the canal and only moments to the old town centre of Lübeck, Ample parking in front of the property , Lobby and lounge area is open and welcoming giving a warm welcoming atmosphere, Staff are friendly and informative, Property features two sauna rooms as well as a small pool but perfectly serviceable, It does lack a fitness room or gym which would make it a much better experience however there are public gyms nearby, hotel offered bicycles for hire which are handy if desired to get around , Rooms are nicely presented and they have a small refrigerator and are air conditioned which the sister hotel across the road does not have, It was relatively warm when we were there with temperatures above 27 degrees, So quite warm , Housekeeping staff were very efficient overall but some minor things , the common areas of the hotel are immaculately presented , the restaurant Nautilo is quirky with its submarine theme it really is quite different , There are some things that needed a little more attention Upon checkout we were advised there was a minibar charge on the account , we diddnt use anything from the minibar and showed the girl on desk photos of minibar setup to prove this , the staff checking had quickly glanced but not looked properly if at all , and if they had they would have found the wine in question on a different shelf if the cabinet which was where we found it , and had they looked properly they would also have noticed there was an incorrect bottle of water in the minibar , there were a couple of cleaning issues in the room. Cobwebs near the window blinds quite dusty and someone’s empty foil from pills of some sort on the area chair, An annoyance was after breakfast going to the counter when a manager and breakfast hostess were in deep conversation and one woman had seen me there glancing up many times but continuing the conversation , eventually after more than five minutes a different staff approached to ask if I needed assistance , I advised I had been waiting some time and the girl asked the other lady who said yes but as I had my phone with me and was looking at it. She advised she assumed I was ok - it is not a good look for staff to ignore customers even if they are busy whatever you are doing can wait it’s not worth upsetting a customer -if someone is standing at the counter they clearly want attention - as a result we chose not to have breakfast on the second day , The look of the property is misleading calls the top floor is seperate the hotel is however a worthwhile choice. We would return to this property should we be in the area again .

We stayed for 2 nights in May 2024. We use mainly Radisson Blu as we expect a similar standard in all hotels. I felt that the dog policy is different from every other hotel. We had to take the dog to breakfast which never happens in any other hotel that we have used. We were sat in an isolated area because of this.
