“Superb location”
Great location next to mall and public parking (west at train station is cheaper, but further from hotel and mall, Marriot too pricy). Very friendly staff, 24/7 reception service, superb clean, great breakfast, coffee and tee in room, aask for a room with xx7 as those are on a corner of the buildin… more
Great location next to mall and public parking (west at train station is cheaper, but further from hotel and mall, Marriot too pricy). Very friendly staff, 24/7 reception service, superb clean, great breakfast, coffee and tee in room, aask for a room with xx7 as those are on a corner of the building. Bed, pillows and beddings wonderfull. Missed only a smoking corner somewhere outside to sit down. Will come soon again back.

“Superb customer service”
Effective multi lingual receptionist gave us a superb room with great views and amenities. Ma****, then found us the extra supplies and equipment we needed. Effective multi lingual receptionist gave us a superb room with great views and amenities. Ma****, then found us the extra supplies and equipment we needed. He knew all answers to all of our many questions. Easy walk from the Bahnhof and easy walk to the sights of Altstadt. Fantastic breakfast. The scrambled eggs were great as were the freshness of the tomatoes and cucumbers.
