“Not a 4 star by any means”
Hotel room was smelly, basic with stains on the carpet. Situated on a very noisy junction so difficult to get any sleep. The food was average and the drinks limited. I definitely would not choose to stay at this hotel again. Definitely NOT 4 star !

“Panorama breakfast drama.”
The location is very conveniently located near the bus stop as well as a S-Bahn ( underground) and Harburgs center with shops, cafes and restaurants. The location is very conveniently located near the bus stop as well as a S-Bahn ( underground) and Harburgs center with shops, cafes and restaurants. However at the moment it’s across a building (demolition of an old spa and shops) site which makes the hotel name rather amusing. Check in was friendly and efficient. We been given a big double room and our teen daughter a single beside ours, connected with a door on the 2nd floor. The free WiFi was rather slow - just enough for a Skype/WhatsApp chat - but download/upload was slow. The next morning was Nikolaus day and to our surprise he visited us and left a chocolate Santa and sweets outside the doors. What a nice touch! However the confusion started at breakfast- it was served in the bar! The little coffee tables and cosy chairs weren’t suitable at all for breakfast! Besides it was full. The receptionist told us we can use the restaurant- but it was dark in there. The next morning we were told to use the restaurant area which was now bright - the buffet was there and we been ask for the room number and what coffee we would like. I was about to forget about the little glitch yesterday - until the next morning. We “assumed “ that we could use the restaurant area again but been rudely told off. The last morning we decided to use the rather uncomfortable bar area - luckily one out of the 2 “proper” tables became available. The choice of rolls- from a German point of view - was very limited. There is such a great variety of local rolls available but these very disappointing basic. On the positive the coffee in the flask is nice and the meat selection- especially the “Hamburger Mett” and “Leberwurst”. Apart from that we had a lovely stay.
