“A very pleasant experience.”
The hotel is nice. İt is walking distance from everything. The room is spacious, clean and stylish. The breakfast is excellent with plenty of choices. There are many shopping centres nearby, many restaurants, bars and pubs. The central train station is 8 minutes walking distance from the hotel.

“Modern, stylish experience in multicultural environment”
Environment a bit dodgy, but hotel is very nice. Great design, good service, comfortable, modern rooms. Underground very close, helps to avoid train station hubbub. For dinner we went to L'amira syrian restaurant close by. Recommended as well.

“Arcotel”
Nice hotel with lovely staff and excellent in room service and quite large rooms. Breakfast was simple but the food that should have been hot was not. Very close to the underground and a supermarket across the road. Probably not in the best of areas although we never felt unsafe.

ARCOTEL Rubin is well-located with easy access to the station, but the surrounding area doesn't give the feel of classic Hamburg and is a bit rough. “The wellness area isn’t really recommendable”
It’s an okay hotel if you are in Hamburg. Located close to the main train station so it’s easy to get to. However it is right infront of the police station. The hotel atmosphere is a bit outdated.
