On 23 January 2020, the new Balearic Law against Tourism Excesses entered into force, which prohibits all-inclusive deals with unlimited alcoholic beverages. Only a maximum of three alcoholic beverages per guest will be served during lunch and/or dinner.
We would also like to inform you of the following restrictions included in the law:
Practices which may endanger the life, health and physical integrity of guests are strictly prohibited at hotels, apartments and holiday properties. These practices include climbing from one balcony or window to another and jumping from inappropriate places such as balconies into swimming pools (a practice widely known as ';balconing';). Guests breaking the law will be immediately banished from the property and may be fined, states the law and the corresponding municipal regulations. The hotel/apartment manager or property agent must order said guests to leave immediately, which may require assistance from the security forces.
Failure to comply with the prohibition of practices which may endanger the life, health and physical integrity of guests will be considered a serious offence. In the Balearic Islands, serious offences are subject to a fine between 6,001 and 60,000 euros.

“Great place to stay”
We stayed here a night while visiting Mainau island. We stayed at room4; the room is very clean and comfortable. Bed is comfortable and checking in was easy. Free carpark and wifi. The price also included a nice breakfast. Would definitely recommend visitors to stay here

This hotel is located in a quiet residential area, about 30min walk to the main train station and lake Constance. The airport is 5min taxi ride away. The entire property is carefully and tastefully decorated; it’s feels more like a guesthouse than a hotel as there are only 8 rooms and staff is very welcoming. I found everything spotlessly clean. The breakfast buffet had delicious fresh readrolla, cold cuts, cheeses, jams, spreads and more on offer. The room and bathroom were spacious and had hairdryer and a fan. Windows could stay open all night for fresh air. However, I would have expected an a/c at the room rate paid.

“Very Good”
Stayed in March 2017 for 1 night in triple room. Nice cosy room, clean linen, excellent breakfast. But far from the centre of Friedrichshafen. Need a car\taxi to get to the centre. It was the most cheap accomodation on these dates. Recommended.

This is a strange little hotel... the only way to get in is to press a call button and speak with a mysterious voice in a remote location. It seems like such a system could have serious pitfalls, but it worked well enough for our stay. Parking is very limited and many of the guests who arrived before us did an abysmal job at fitting their vehicles properly into spaces. Thankfully we were able to grab the last spot. Beds in the room were comfy, shower was serviceable, and breakfast was really tasty with many great offerings. The unforgiveable sin of this hotel is the atrocious wifi. It didn't work at all in our room (no signal) for the duration of our stay, so we had to make do with sitting in the stairwell and utilizing the weak service there. The location is also not very good, I would only recommend staying here if you have a car as the public transit links appeared to be limited.
