“5 Stars just so that everyone can see my extremely negative experience”
First of all let’s talk about the orphan lying right at the entrance making my fiancé feel unsafe to even take a walk to grab food. First of all let’s talk about the orphan lying right at the entrance making my fiancé feel unsafe to even take a walk to grab food. The best experience was getting to the hotel and haven book a Business room and asking for an extra Bed just to be checked in a decent room with cooling system and then to be moved into a room that has no proper cooling system with an extremely small bathroom. WHAT DID I PAY FOR? :( I ended up having a very disturbed night due to the heat, bad air conditioning & the CRAZY NOISE FROM THE TRAIN! Like anyone sleeping in any of the rooms between 409-415 will go through hell. I heard the train workers screaming at people walking on forbidden areas…like what the heck¿ after this horrible night experience we requested for a late checkout but instead got a bill of 29€ on top making the night 115€ instead of 59. At least the breakfast was good. And the lady that checked us in yesterday (July 19th at night) was friendly too even though her sloppy work, cashing in without handing out a receipt brought us severe havoc this morning. I chose this hotel because I constantly stay at Vienna House in Berlin which is a 4 star hotel of this Wyndham company. My expectations about this hotel weren’t too high but at least a clean bed sheet, perhaps a wardrobe and a working refrigerator is the bare minimum a hotel should be able to provide :) The best part of the hotel was the lobby and the breakfast. If you plan to come here, I can only recommend to look for something around the area but if you still choose to go here, at least here you have a detailed experience on what to expect. “a good stay”
A very nice hotel with a good price-quality. Very friendly and helpfull staff. A good breakfast buffet with al lot of choise. Very clean rooms with perfect internet connection. Perfect location nearby a station.

The property is in a good location. The room is clean and tidy. The hotel doesn’t have king-size beds, only twins. A strange decision, anyway. There is no deep cleaning only soft cleaning. Not enough hot water, I had a bath but there were no conditions to use it. Breakfast is awful, not enough selection of food. Asked for croissants but it was always finished.
