My stay at The Westin Grand Frankfurt was made even more special by the outstanding service I received. I accidentally left some items in my room, and Maria Bintzidou, the Senior Service Express Coordinator, took charge. She was not only prompt in finding my things but also went the extra mile to arrange a convenient pickup time. Her friendly demeanor and dedication to customer satisfaction were evident throughout. The entire team at the hotel seems committed to making guests feel welcome, but Maria's efforts really shone. I'll definitely be back!

“Frankfurt Christmas Market Family Vacation”
Outstanding in every respect. Staff and facilities were awesome. Can’t beat the location — near great shopping, restaurants, Römerplatz and river. My family and I stayed twice during the month of December 2024. Conveniently located near the Frankfurt Christmas Market.

May I compliment the politeness and the professionalism of the staff at this newly renovated property in Frankfurt. On a very hectic business trip in Frankfurt, the staff of this hotel made it an absolute joy to stay here . On the first night there was a technical issue with the TV which they dealt with as a serious matter in regards to guest experience, whereas other hotels may just treat this as a minor issue. The Duty Manager dealt with the matter personally and this was really very impressive in how his response was so fast in changing my room. The front of desk staff at reception were exceptional in assisting in any issues with a sense of urgency. Politeness of the staff and the fact that they really do place guest experience in the center of their service made this an exceptional stay. May I mention the Duty Manager Max Schug, Alexander at the Front Desk, Ana Ruppel at the Club Lounge who was such a friendly kind host that always made me feel welcome and comfortable as a solo female business traveler. The hotel is really tastefully renovated and I would most certainly recommend the King Bed room . Well done to this team for making this a most certain choice for a stay in Frankfurt - wonderful job and service that is rare to find these days.

The location of this hotel was too convenient for anyone who was looking for big time shopping. Room was spacious. But I did not like the shower area as there was no glass door to prevent water from getting out and made the floor mat wet. There was a mini mart at the hotel lobby selling drinks, snacks, and amenities. The mart was a good point but it did not accept cash. I wish to give compliment to Kamol at the front desk. My wife somehow caught a flu during the trip. Not know it was quite difficult to see a doctor in the evening hour, we were refused by two hospitals. Went back to the hotel and approached the front desk, Kamol went the extra mile to make phone call for a hotline to look for doctor that could come by the hotel. Luckily, a doctor was located around 03ish in the morning and the doctor came to our room to check on the condition of my wife. We managed to get some medicine so that my wife could feel better to finish off the trip. Thank you again and we will choose this hotel for our next trip to Frankfurt.

It's a very nice hotel. We were greeted by the friendly staff at the reception and he even checked the weather for me for the next day or two for Frankfurt and where we were heading to - Lieser. The room was very spacious and the ambience of the hotel is very enjoyable. The breakfast buffet was full of healthy choices. I truly had a great stay there and will not hesitate to go back again if I go to Frankfurt. Thank you!
