“Great airport stay”
After a long haul flight it was great to arrive at the hotel and have a good night's sleep. The shuttle bus was very handy too. After a long haul flight it was great to arrive at the hotel and have a good night's sleep. The shuttle bus was very handy too. Breakfast was great especially after not having eaten the previous night. The breakfast staff were very attentive. It was annoyed that room service was not available and that I hadn't been informed upon check in - after a long tiring flight I just wanted to eat in my room. The phone in my room also wouldn't connect to restaurant, room service or reception so I had to call from my mobile. There was also a lot of set up happening for a conference/expo which mean there were workers and stuff everywhere and the conference signage made it a little difficult to find the hotel signage. All in all a lovely overnight stay. Would have loved to stayed when it was at the top of its game and when the restaurant was open as it comes highly recommended.

The hotel is an airport-hotel designed for short stays, not much to do inside or outside- unless you travel to down town Frankfurt. The hotel is an airport-hotel designed for short stays, not much to do inside or outside- unless you travel to down town Frankfurt. The rooms are a bit worn down- must been a while since the hotel was refurbished. I had to call for maintenance the get the hating fixed, thought this was a part of the daily check up. Not. Shuttle bus to the airport- first class. Hotel is fine for a short night- nothing more.
