“Perfect stay for visiting Messe Halls”
The service I received from this hotel was amazing. From needing to change booking details to assisting with restaurant reservations was exceptional. The service I received from this hotel was amazing. From needing to change booking details to assisting with restaurant reservations was exceptional. They responded immediately and were always very helpful. Upon checking in, my shower was faulty, within 2 hours it was perfect. The room was clean and the decor interesting, I felt as if I was in Turkey. The hotel is literally 500 mts from Frankfurt Main Station and taxis always close by.

“Very good located, close to the City Center and Central train station.”
Nice hotel, clean and very close to the main train staion and city center.Walking distance. Breakfast very good and varied. Helpfull staff. One minus , i was in room on upoer floor and the room was very cold ( the heating sistem was not working properly).

Great value for money. Not a spectacular hotel, but the room was clean, bed was comfortable, friendly staff, great location and very nice breakfast. Would definitely stay again and would recommend it to people who need a convenient, very good no frills stay, rather than those who are looking for so… more

“Friendly staff but need effort”
I booked this hotel for 1 night. When I checked in, reception offer me to upgrade room. They have 2 building, 1 metro boutique hotel, others metro hotel. So they give me a room @ metro boutique hotel. Don't know which one is cheaper. When I entered the room, I don't like the concept of room design.… more
I booked this hotel for 1 night. When I checked in, reception offer me to upgrade room. They have 2 building, 1 metro boutique hotel, others metro hotel. So they give me a room @ metro boutique hotel. Don't know which one is cheaper. When I entered the room, I don't like the concept of room design. Too Classic Old design. All stuff inside room is old, including TV. Tends to be creepy. So, I ask the reception to change my room to metro hotel. Metro hotel has a modern design concept room. But, I need more effort to go to my room, because metro hotel doesn't have elevator. The reception staff is very friendly and helpfull. Thanx
