“Helpful Staff, Close to Frankfurt Hbf”
Upon check in, there was some difficulty finding our reservation. The front desk was helpful in working out a resolution until we were able to contact our travel agent. Upon check in, there was some difficulty finding our reservation. The front desk was helpful in working out a resolution until we were able to contact our travel agent. In total we encountered four front desk agents, all four were apologetic, kind and helpful. They all spoke English well. Hotel rooms were accessible by elevator that required a key card to operate. Housekeeping staff were polite and accommodating the need for some additional amenities. Hotel is an easy walk from the main train station. Also an easy walk to the river and old town. Our tour to Heidelberg picked up just outside of the hotel, which was very convenient. Important to note, there are some transient people that idle along the streets to the train station. We were not approached by anyone however there was a large number of them mid-day.

Top location, only 5 min away from Frankfurt central station, close to everything Romerberg, Frankfurt Chatedral, Euro tower ect. Standard room small but with a nice skyline view. I would like to address a special thank you for the breakfast manager Mariana, for her smile and amazing hospitality, we have slight issue with our breakfast and she made it easier and smooth. Overall the staff are friendly, despite they only have one Front Desk assosiate with the guest lining up to check in but they handle it easy. I will definitely stay again when back to Frankfurt!

A decent hotel that is well-situated within the city - very close to the Frankfurt station and a short walk from majority of winter attractions. Room itself is standard-fare, fairly spacious and with the typical amenities. Only gripe is odd bathroom layout. Staff are friendly and attentive - gave lots of useful information and were kind and patient with our questions. Certainly a good hotel if you’re planning a short stay.

“Solid Hotel - great bar & restaurant”
Business visit for convention. Well priced small but clean and functional rooms in the legacy wing. It seems the old Wing wasn’t open? 24hr Self serve coffee in the lobby was great for jet lagged travellers like me. The bar and restaurant very good and un-hotel like. Breakfast buffet was amazing
