“A Great Stay - albeit short.”
I was travelling with a group of Aviation Entustiasts & this hotel was chosen buy the organisers for it's proximity to the airport viewing area - a 5 minute walk. I was travelling with a group of Aviation Entustiasts & this hotel was chosen buy the organisers for it's proximity to the airport viewing area - a 5 minute walk. My room 2058 was at the front of the hotel & gave a limited view of the airport parking area opposite. The room itself was modern in decor & the bed very comfortable , I had a good nights sleep with no noise disturbance from within the hotel or the airport (my window was open too). Food in the restaurant was reasonably priced for an airport hotel & very tasty, the serving staff were friendly & efficient & had time to chat which was great. I've put this hotel on my list to use again next time I'm in FRA.

“Good airport hotel, a bit remote location.”
Really nice hotel close to airport. Staff was friendly and I managed to check-in early without any issues. Room was clean and breakfast good. Really nice hotel close to airport. Staff was friendly and I managed to check-in early without any issues. Room was clean and breakfast good. Location is "middle of nowhere" in terms on walking but there is bus/shuttle service very often. Now negtive side - shuttle from airport is free but to airport 10EUR per person. In my option this is way too expensive. Uber showed ~8EUR to airport and this is price for entire car! If you have 2 or more persons then it makes no sense to use the shuttle from hotel. Many many hotels offer this service without any fee.

We all enjoyed our short stay at the InterCityHotel Frankfurt. We had three people and got a room with 3 twin beds. They were very comfortable. Rooms were tight with the 3 beds, but exactly what we needed for the overnight stay in preperations for a flight the next day. The AC unit only had an on or off setting, no thermostat, but we were still comfortable on our hot July stay. The hotel had a restaurant where we ate breakfast. It was a nice buffet style that had a good coffee/espresso machine and a good selection of breakfast items and juices. It was an added charge but was a good option before our flight out. There was also a bar in the building JU-52 after the WWII transport aircraft that included some outdoor seating and a good selection of beer and liquor. The hotel has a sauna room. The room had separate bathrooms and showers but no towels/robes so bring your own or ask the front desk. The spa area is clothing free and minors not allowed. Floor was slick so be careful. Also bring some water in as none were in the area. Probably more enjoyable on a cold winter's day than a hot summer's eve. We took a train into the airport station on arriving and didn't realize there was a charge for the hotel shuttle. A cab was a bit less expensive and we took that to the hotel. We did pay the 10 EU each for the shuttle the next day. Although it looks very close to the terminal, the shuttle leaves every 30 min and takes 10 min or so to drive there. Give yourself plenty of time. On a side note, the airport had one delay after another. Although we left more than 2 hours to get through to the gate, 3 would have been better. It was a stressful experience with line after line including ticketing, baggage check in, security, pass port control (2 times), wait for the gate boarding scanning, and also waiting for a bus to bring you to the plane, and even waiting on the bus to the plane. We were further delayed by random passenger checks twice. We found the hotel to be a good value with only a few days in advance to book it. But if you use their shuttle that could raise the price a lot based on your party size.
