“Frankfurt Christmas Market Trip”
Travelled by car from UK and arrived at 3am. We were able to park easily in the underground car park. A friendly, night porter Oliver greeted us and made us feel instantly welcome. Travelled by car from UK and arrived at 3am. We were able to park easily in the underground car park. A friendly, night porter Oliver greeted us and made us feel instantly welcome. The room was very clean, extremely comfortable. Breakfast had a great selection and even had a pancake making facility! Outside the hotel are Lime and Bolt scooters for easy access to the Christmas Marke and just getting around. There is a Rewe store a short walk from the hotel. One evening, we utilised the hotel bar area and had pizzas from the kitchen; very tasty. There is a small gym with cardio and weight machines. I would definitely stay here again!

“Hidden gem!”
Hotel really excedes our expectations. Everoyone is nice but big thanks to mr Ahmad Reza, really goes above and beyond to please his customers. All the receptionist were very helpfull and professional. For sure we are coming back. Thank You so much😊

Our stay was very pleasant. The staff was very friendly and everyone answer our doubts regards how services work in Frankfurt (english was very poor spoken on the city, so the staff speaks in English and helps us very much). The Hotel is very well located, near to Frankfurt Main Hbf. In front of the Hotel there is a bus stop (37 bus) that take you to Frankfurt Main in about 10 minutes or less. The room was very comfortable and has a great space for 2 people. The only akward thing is that cleaning staff try to enter our room several times in the mornings (we had put the sign on the door to not enter).

Overall it was a nice staying experience. Being an IHG member, I was alloted 5th floor, which is dedicated to IHG members only. I don't think it's different in any ways to other floors. Room was small but very well maintained & clean (which I factor as most important). Holiday Inn seem to be pretty consistent across the world on this. Breakfast is descent, not extensive. I was visiting Frankfurt for my work at Messe. This place is not too far & can be reached on a cab in 10 min (usual charges being around 10 euros). The only flip side was : One - the area has nothing much to do (pretty quite & a bit away from the happening areas of Frankfurt) but other wise safe. Two - The nearytrain station is 15 min walk from the hotel.

Overall we had a good experience. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were small but clean and usable. We got a room for IHG members but it looked no different. A/C didnt get cold enough for us. Maybe some European rule? Seems to be a common problem. We booked this because of the location and being an IHG hotel. Holiday Inn seem to be pretty consistent across the world. The only complaint was the exterior lighting was almost non existent. Seems to be some construction going on. Frankfurt doesn't appear to be the safest spot and lack of lights was not reassuring. We were told by our driver the area was safer than near the train station amd to avoid hanging around close to there. Being close to the train was our goal and it was only a 6-7 euro ride each way. We didn't have any issues either way.
