As always, I stay at the Hilton Frankfurt Airport before my overseas flights and sometimes on the return flight. The location is unique, directly above the airport long-distance train station, where we always arrive from home and from where we depart again after returning. This time I was on my way to Orlando for 3 months with my son. It's good to enjoy the excellent service here at the Hilton once again before you are disappointed in almost all hotel groups in the USA, where status, whether platinum or diamond, is no longer worth anything. It is also very convenient and pleasant, with perfect connections to Terminal 1 of the airport. The staff at reception were, as always, very friendly and helpful. As a Lifetime Diamond Member, I got a great suite as an upgrade, with a fantastic view of the Frankfurt skyline and the Taunus. The rooms are soundproofed, so you can't hear anything even from the traffic around the building. They were kind enough to give me chocolate, fruit, 2 bottles of water and a welcome card. We used the tap water, which is of very good quality, to make tea and coffee. Tea bags, coffee and cream are always provided free of charge in the rooms. Otherwise, the suite was well furnished, with everything you need. The living area was separated from the bedroom by a sliding door. Two TVs, a comfortable sofa, armchair, coffee table and a well-equipped desk where you can work comfortably. There is also an ironing board and iron and, what is important when travelling, a safe that works well. The beds were very comfortable and pleasant to sleep on. The suite was clean, well-tempered and the air conditioning was adjustable and easy to use. We usually turn the air conditioning off because I don't like drafts and prefer to save electricity. The bathroom was also well equipped, with a shower, bathtub, toilet, plus soap, body lotion, shampoo and shower gel. In the evening we were in the Executive Lounge, with free drinks, nibbles and, during happy hour, free alcoholic drinks and delicious snacks. Otherwise, the lounge was well furnished, with comfortable seating and 2 desks with computers and printers. The internet runs at high speed throughout the building. There is also a very well-equipped gym, which can also be used by guests at the Hilton Garden Inn. The morning began with a great breakfast buffet in the restaurant downstairs next to reception. We were greeted with a friendly smile, which immediately makes the whole day more pleasant. The selection at the breakfast buffet was very extensive, with hot and cold dishes of excellent quality. Crispy rolls and bread in various variations, fresh salad, smoked salmon, various types of sausage and cheese, delicious yoghurts and fruit, fruit juices and water. Scrambled eggs, sausages, fried mushrooms and all sorts of other things. Plus friendly staff at the service, a great start to the day. We sometimes use the hotel for a few days in Frankfurt. A good location to explore the surrounding area. A stroll through the city, or into the Taunus. To attend a rock concert or a football game, for business meetings and much more. m. Otherwise, there is a nice bar with delicious cocktails and a business center downstairs opposite the reception. We are already looking forward to our next stay in the spring, before we go back to the USA for a few weeks. I wish the service there was even close to as good as here at the Hilton Frankfurt Airport. If I compare it with the extremely expensive hotels here in the USA, Americans with a higher status must really enjoy staying at the Hilton Frankfurt Airport. “Very good experience”

VERY nice, modern, beautifully designed hotel and room, which has a big bathroom that includes shower stall and bathtub. Did Day Use here, and hotel is within easy access of the trains. Ordered bacon sandwich and hot chocolate through room service - very tasty! Overall, great value for money.

“Parking is an issue here. Arrive early”

This hotel was nice and accommodations as expected with the exception of one problem we ran into. There is not enough parking. This hotel was nice and accommodations as expected with the exception of one problem we ran into. There is not enough parking. We arrived at night and the lot which is behind and underneath the building, was hard to find. There was also not enough parking which created a problem for us. The garage was shared with a bunch of other companies and there just were not enough spots. Had I been a woman traveling alone, I would have been uncomfortable in this garage late at night as well. It was convenient to the airport.
