“Worth a Stay”
Never judge a book by its cover. This is a great hotel. I must admit when I first pulled up I was not expecting much as the outside of the hotel is rather basic and forgive me, but it more resembles that of a roadside Hilton then a grand hotel. Never judge a book by its cover. This is a great hotel. I must admit when I first pulled up I was not expecting much as the outside of the hotel is rather basic and forgive me, but it more resembles that of a roadside Hilton then a grand hotel. All of that changed once I step inside. I was greeted with a very friendly and attentive staff who were excellent and handled a small mishap perfectly. Once you step through the door you leave the uninspiring behind and walk into a decor that is classic and well designed. Though the building is new they use some very clever techniques to give an aire of old world charm throughout the hotel and guest rooms. My room, while a touch on the small side, was well appointed and very comfortable. Breakfast was good and the restaurant seems like a great space. Will want to dine there next time I am in town. The staff was very knowledgable and friendly, they are a great asset to the hotel. I highly recommend this hotel.

“Loved this hotel”
Stayed here on a business trip and loved it. The staff is amazing and totally focused on making sure you are happy with every detail. Maricruz at the front desk is a sweetheart and extremely helpful. Stayed here on a business trip and loved it. The staff is amazing and totally focused on making sure you are happy with every detail. Maricruz at the front desk is a sweetheart and extremely helpful. The people who serve breakfast are fabulous too. And the hotel is beautiful. They don’t even charge you for the minibar items in your room. Excellent customer experience! Be aware though that the breakfast is not free during the week. Not sure about the weekends.

Beatifull hotel. Just in front of the Skyline shopping. All the people from front desk were very nice, especially Maricruz Zepeda. She speaks spanish and could help me with personal matters as how to help my daughter to find apartment and where to study german. Also the people at breakfast were very eficient and nice, especially Natascha Danhart and Anil kamal.

My company paid the bill on this hotel as I was doing business at the end of a family vacation. We stayed three nights and could not have felt more like nobility. True German efficiency and service. My favorite hotel in Frankfurt. I always kill it when I do business in Frankfurt and stay at the Hessicher. Concierge is top notch. Found obscure coins and currency for my child's collection. The entire staff doted on my child and were lovely. Breakfast must be taken here - it's to die for.

“Top one in Frankfurt”
The hotel is amazing. Part of Leading Hotels of the World. Magnificent meeting rooms, awesome food and detailed organization. Wifi works perfectly, and all the staff is so charming. It definitely honours his name.
