An absolutely wonderful experience at the Grand Hotel Downtown. An absolutely wonderful experience at the Grand Hotel Downtown. The staff are very courteous and welcoming right from the concierge to the check in and to the luggage porter (I was complimenting them on how beautiful the establishment is and how privileged they are to work there). Wolfgang is a true gem I requested not to be seated to close to the band and he saw to it immediately. The room is nicely appointed with the finest amenities. The best part of my day was the morning breakfast from the hostess stand to the server everyone was helpful and welcoming. The food choices were varied and plentiful. The buffet is beautifully laid out with everything from homemade breads and pastries to the freshest juices and fruit. You cannot get a better location for sightseeing. I look forward to returning soon!
