“Best of Frankfurt for us”

My daughter and I have stayed in this hotel 6 times this year 2024 as she was attending Frankfurt University Hospital for medical treatment . The hotel is very clean and comfortable and there were always staff members available to deal with requests. The check in / checkout system / luggage storage is completely efficient. On one occasion, we were one hour early but reception staff allowed us early check in at no cost. During our stays, we often requested extra pillows, hot water bottle and other small requests which were always granted. On some occasions, due to my daughter’s early morning hospital appointments and her need for fasting, the breakfast staff allowed me to take a tray from the breakfast buffet for her to eat later. The bar/ restaurant offers indoor or outdoor dining, simple menu with good options. The staff there are great, very attentive and happy to leave customers to sit in the Courtyard until they want attention. The location was great for us, easy to access to/from Frankfurt Airport and also convenient for using our free time around Frankfurt. The location near to the main railway station is a plus. Within the station there are many food outlets plus a pharmacy, tobacconist and ATM. I have seen reviews here referencing the homeless people in this area. Such people, our brothers and sisters, try to live out an existence in every town and city all over the world. If you do not want to see them, stay at home. Flemings Hotel gets 5 * from us.

“Hotel close to train station and area felt really safe”
stayed for 1 night in a twin room. room was clean and tidy and beds really comfortable with tea/coffee facilities and also toiletries in bathroom. stayed for 1 night in a twin room. room was clean and tidy and beds really comfortable with tea/coffee facilities and also toiletries in bathroom. Hotel was 1 min walk from the main station and felt safe outside even after midnight. taxi to centre of Frankfurt cost 12 euros and we walked back to the hotel which took about 30 mins. (just avoid the red light district street) Check in was fast and easy with a complimentary water on check in and we were able to get free water throughout our stay. Breakfast was really good with plenty of choice. Didn't use the gym as it was closed but could of used the gym in the sister hotel close by. self service shop on ground floor which is great if you want a beer/cold drink/snack and wasn't too expensive. A few easting places close by and a 24 hour bar 2 mins away serving beer at about 5 euros

“Convenient and Comfortable Stay”
This place was pretty good! The location was super convenient, being so close to the main train station. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I’d def stay here again if I’m ever back in Frankfurt. Overall, a solid choice.

The Flemings hotel is in a convenient location for people travelling by train. It is otherwise not a very good location. The hotel foyer is very bright and modern and there are terminals for self check-in. Unfortunately the check-in process is fairly time-consuming and requires knowledge of German or English and doesn’t seem to offer a lot of benefit to the guests. I noticed many people needed quite a bit of assistance from the staff. The rooms themselves are small and rather dark and dingy. My bathroom was tiny and although it had a modern-looking shower, the water pressure meant that it was disappointing to use. There is a large restaurant where breakfast is served and on the days I used it, it was very busy. The buffet selection is fairly standard with nothing in particular to recommend it. For the price, it’s not good value. The hotel appears to have spent a lot of effort on renovating the foyer and restaurant, but neglected the bedrooms. Perhaps their focus is on conferences or they don’t feel the need to make the bedrooms appealing due to the location near the station.

“Overall Smart Selection”
Excellent location close to everything . Nice staff . Very perfect breakfast Clean rooms The negative point is avoid 7 th floor because there is no elevator between 6 and 7 so you have to rake the stairs every time and carry luggages yourself.
