“Very comfortable stay shame access to hotel limited to those that can climb steps!”
Very comfortable beds. Easy parking right outside. Lovely breakfast as would expected good value for money Unfortunately no disabled access as the lift was broken. This was very disappointing and only by chance could my wife climb the ten steps to gain access to the hotel. I would have thought the hotel should have contacted us before to explain that we might not be able to get in! As it is advertised as disabled access. Still good night sleep, great value and the rooms were a lot better than average with well designed bathrooms. Staff friendly at reception and housekeeping very quickly brought the extra pillows

“Great Stay . Very welcoming and super breakfast”
Lovely staff at Reception , restaurant , everyone in the hotel . Stayed twice in July for a few nights as was moving my son in to an apt close by. Super breakfast each day . Great clean rooms, comfy beds , duvets and pillows. Will definitely stay again . Hopefully they will get their second elevat… more

“LIKE Y SECOND HOME”
One of my favorite hotel around Frankfurt airport,great property. good location and service. I want to mention the Front Desk they are well training, special mention for Reza he's really Great help and he understands what is a Customer Service. I'll be back

“Decent hotel, amenities are lousy”
Staff for the most part is friendly. Rooms are clean and well kept. The location is quiet with offices around it so you’re at the mercy of the hotel restaurant which is my only pain point. Breakfast service is decent, two times on my staff the coffee machine was down which was unpleasant. The di… more
Staff for the most part is friendly. Rooms are clean and well kept. The location is quiet with offices around it so you’re at the mercy of the hotel restaurant which is my only pain point. Breakfast service is decent, two times on my staff the coffee machine was down which was unpleasant. The dinner service was terrible. The guy working is never anywhere to be found to order or flag down to pay. One evening I finally gave up and went to the lobby just to pay and turns out he was with the front desk team the entire time. Second visit I waited 20 minutes just for someone to bring a menu and tell me I needed to order with his coworker. What a joke and what a way to ruin a visit with crappy amenities.

Stayed here for 2 nights during Euro 2024, transport links into town are good (tram and s-bahn stops 5 to 10 minutes walk away), outside of that though there is not much around the hotel. The shower was good and the bed comfortable. Service was average (asked for an extra towel and it did not arrive) otherwise everything was polite. Food in the restaurant has a limited menu and was expensive for the quality.
