“Good location, friendly staff, would stay again”
Warm welcome, spacious and modern reception and atrium, plenty of seating plus a self service mini mart. Warm welcome, spacious and modern reception and atrium, plenty of seating plus a self service mini mart. Good wifi and bed was comfortable.The reception team were friendly and no problem storing our luggage day of departure. The room was a little dated but still had everything we needed. The bathroom was fine but if you were a rugby or NFL player, the shower would be snug. The only downside was the room was very warm and the heating control kept returning to a higher temperature despite our efforts. We had the windows open in mid December trying to cool the room. We did speak to reception but as we weren’t returning each night until late, it didn’t get solved. Location was good - short walk of about 10/15 minutes from the main HBF station, quiet enough on the top floor, and good access to the metro/underground train. We would stay again.

“Excellent comfortable stay!!!”
Very nice spot near the city, airport, train & metro station!!! The room was comfortable and big for 2 people !!! Clean and environment friendly. The staff very polite and the services excellent !!! I would surely recommend it.

We stayed at NH Dusseldorf city for 3 nights after Xmas. We arrived late and were checked in quickly, the reception is really nice and looks like it may have been renovated recently. We went to our room and it was quite disappointing in comparison - strange furniture (desk with marble section) old fashioned carpet which looked dirty. The rooms I would say are in desperate need of renovation/modernisation. The beds were very comfortable though. The location isn't brilliant in the sense that it's a 40 minute walk to the centre but you can take the train to the centre in around 15 minutes. After spending the day in Dusseldorf we decided to head back to the hotel and thought we would be able to get dinner there but when we arrived back we noticed a sign that stated the restaurant would be shut from 23rd December - 5th January so we ended up having to go back out.

“Nicely located”
Just returned from a long weekend. Just returned from a long weekend. Me and my son came to Dussledorf for a football weekend and the hotel was well located for Main HBF station, the bonus was the U bhan station next to hotel which was one stop to Dussledorf HBF. There is also a great cafe/bar next door where we came to at the end of the night for a late night beer. Rooms are fine and the reception staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again.
