This hotel is exceptional as are the staff. We had such a lovely and professional welcome when checking in. We first went to our room on the 9th floor and wow. Very large with huge double bed and very large bathroom. Room included a safe, fridge, tea, coffee, tv, ironing board and iron and 2 bottles of water. Room overlooking the park. First night when returning to the room there were chocolates left on our pillows, lovely touch. We booked the level experience and this was such great value for money. A separate guest area with breakfast and unlimited snacks and drink throughout the day. Staff looking after this area worked tirelessly to replenish and keep clean. Hotel included a sauna, didn’t use it but wish we did. Will definitely return to this hotel as it is simply amazing as is the lovely Dusseldorf.

“A great location for a visit to Dusseldorf…”

The hotel was in a great location, walking distance into the Alt Stadt where all the bars and restaurants are. The hotel was in a great location, walking distance into the Alt Stadt where all the bars and restaurants are. The staff were really friendly and helpful throughout our stay, in particular in the bar if an evening. The rooms were great, everything you wanted and needed. Very clean, which is always a plus. Beds were comfortable which guaranteed a good nights sleep. I would definitely stay again and recommend.

We booked a short break via British Airways Holidays and paid for an upgrade to a Premium Room Park View. A few days before we arrived I emailed the hotel to request a quiet high floor room to which I didn't receive a reply. On arrival, check in was straight forward, but we struggled to open the room door using the key card provided, but eventually it worked. The room was as requested, but the safe didn't work. On our way out for dinner we brought this to the attention of the gentleman on reception. He said the safe battery probably needed replacing and we were offered either a change of room or one of the maintenance team would replace the battery between 08:00 & 09:00 the following morning. We chose the latter. The next day no one arrived to repair the safe and neither did we get an update from reception. The safe still hadn't been repaired when we left so we had to carry our valuables and passports with us throughout our stay. On returning to the hotel on our first evening the room key card wouldn't work at all. We went back to reception where the same gentleman said I must have held the key card by my phone (I hadn't) He provided a replacement key card which worked fine throughout the rest of our stay. On a positive note the breakfast was very good, but a hotel of this price and standard should provide better communication and customer service.
