We really loved the interior of the hotel the moment we walked in. The staff was also very kind and upgraded us to a bigger suite which was lovely since it was my boyfriend’s birthday weekend. They also spoke English which made the check-in process a lot easier but overall we were checked-in really fast. The room we got was really gorgeous and had a nice view as well, we personally were a bit disappointed by the dust and dirt in the room. As well as the noise from upstairs late at night. But the overall experience was nice and we would still give it another go when and if we come back again to Dusseldorf. Breakfast also had a pretty wide range of veggies and fruits as well as warm foods. We also loved all the tea options. We unfortunately did not get to use the gym this time but it looked very chique, maybe next time when we got time we will.

Lindner Seestern is an interesting hotel - with many assets and some quirky features. It located conveniently off of B7, ease set up with views of Rhine in the distance. Entry to the hotel from the lower level parking is certainly not suitable for anyone with physical challenge. Multiple doors, an incline, heavy doors have to be pushed. Eventually you reach the elevators that take you to access the lobby. Big lobby with access to conference center. Fiona at the front desk is knowledgeable, courteous, pleasant and helpful. In the restaurant, Sylvia and Ourfali manage the breakfast flow efficiently. These days, most restaurants are short on staff. But the restaurant at the Lindner is well staffed, efficiently serviced, it is quite impressive. There is a section for vegan food. Overall quality of the food is average, but there is good selection with a tea station. The rooms can be a little funky, but the bathrooms have very nice Axor fixtures, a luxury brand. The hotel knows how to work with World of Hyatt guests. Housekeeping - cleanliness level is impressive. All public spaces and the rooms are clean. Top floor bar has nice views - when the day is clear. Overall service was very good. Our room had a view of the Rhine.

“Beautiful hotel but wasn’t a fan of the hospitality”

The hotel is definitely 4 star. Amazing and modern. The rooftop bar was a nice plus too. The thing is that I didn’t feel welcomed at the hotel. The hotel is definitely 4 star. Amazing and modern. The rooftop bar was a nice plus too. The thing is that I didn’t feel welcomed at the hotel. Most of the staff talked to me as if I had two heads which was off putting. The bartenders at the bar were nicer to me than the hospitality staff. I thought maybe it was a cultural thing but everywhere else, I received excellent customer service.
