“Great budget hotel in central location.”
Simple but excellent hotel in city centre. Rooms spacious and comfy bed, hot shower and desk to work at. Excellent breakfast with lots of choice. Located as part of the main railway station this is an excellent location for onward travel including the airport.

Ibis at the Hauptbahnhof is basic but it's well-located near trains, underground , buses and trams and not too far a walk for the fit to the Koenigsallee and the Altstadt . The hotel is located at the train station, very easy to find and very practical. 10 minutes by train from the airport and a few minutes from the old town. “If you want convenience at düsseldorf hbf, then this is the hotel for you...”
Basic small room, easy check in. Shower pressure good, but very small space, kept knocking my elbow... If you want a convenient place for 1 night to dump your luggage, then walk to Königsallee and walk the Xmas market then this hotel serves it's purpose, as it did for me.
