I was pleasantly surprised by how good the hotel was, when we checked in. For the price I was not expecting such a good quality hotel. In fact it had been cheaper than staying in the Ibis hotel in the Train station. The beds were very comfortable and the staff were professional and helpful. Definitely recommended.

A good hotel about 20 minutes from downtown, the rooms are quiet, with everything you need. Good housekeeping service

The reception was super friendly. We were given room 509 in Düsseldorf. Unfortunately, the rest was bad (at first!). The reception was super friendly. We were given room 509 in Düsseldorf. Unfortunately, the rest was bad (at first!). It was a cold day and the window was tilted (which is generally not bad for ventilating odors). Unfortunately, the heating didn't work. Neither the classic radiators under the window, nor the heating in the bathroom and the heating function of the air conditioning only blew cold air. We were told that it would take a while for the heating to 'kick in'. But nothing started and apparently they are also saving on staff, because there was no house technician in the house and the (nice) receptionist was alone. The housekeeping was missing anyway, because the room was also quite 'used' and could be cleaned a little in many places. Even worse: the sink in room 509 was broken and obviously nobody thought it necessary to replace it. The (I must emphasize again: nice) receptionist changed us to room 220 without any complications, there were no problems, the heating was working and the room was in good condition. I would come back at any time because the location is great. However, I would want to have a look at the room before moving in. I can only advise the Amano Group to invest a little and protect the hotel from being “run down”. Room 509 was unfortunately in stark contrast to the atmosphere of the lobby and bar and you immediately think 'outside hui, inside pfui' Nonetheless, I would come back, depending of course on the daily rate (which can be very cheap and very expensive with the Amano Group) p.s.: The free minibar - as a replacement for the bar which was closed for renovation - was a great service. A kettle in the room was completely missing. p.p.s.: The minibar in room 509 was defective or switched off, the drinks were warm. So room 509 is quite a care case
