“Great staff, great service, and great hotel. ”
Stayed in the hotel from the 19th until the 25th of January. Room 702. My booking was handled by a lady called Leona. She did a great job. “Courtyard at it's best”
Courtyard does what it says on the tin! We stay here when travelling to Düsseldorf because of the proximity to the river, parking access and the friendliness of the staff. Public transport access links are pretty good from here also. Yes the hotel is a little dated in decor but that really does not… more

This hotel is conveniently located because it's a short walk from the Am Seestern transit stop, which is the end of the line. That line leaves every 20 minutes. As others say, this hotel is dated BUT we stay here when travelling to Dusseldorf because of its location to what we need and they usually recognise our Bonvoy status well. “Old and dated.”
Oke but dated hotel. Definitely needs to do a major makeover of the hotel. The staff was friendly and the hotel is conventionally located for my visit to the messe. Breakfast was good and i was recognized as a Marriott bonvoy member and received an late checkout and small welcome gift.
