“Excellent all around, Steigenberger does not disappoint!”

Dining facilities as well as breakfast facilities leave nothing to be desired. The food is incredible. Staff at the bar however was slow. Still, Steigenberger does not disappoint!

The service was outstanding. Front desk and room cleaning was very friendly and helpful, the staff working the outside restaurant needs some training in communicating friendly with the guests. The bar staff was extremely helpful. We wanted two Cappuccinos very late at night, but the machine was giving them issues. We were sitting outside and waiting - the bar tender came numerous times and kept us informed of the progress; we got our Cappuccinos! We would go there again next time we come to Lake Constance.

“Best stop for travelling by car to Konstanz”
Optimal location Parking posibility expensive but very good. Friendly service at check-in with tips. Bike trip to isle of Mainau was advised adequately on the city map. Breakfast superb. We did not have our dinner in the hotel because we prefer local facilities.
