“Perfect experience”
Our stay in this hotel was perfect in every way. Every member of staff was both professional and friendly. The room was perfect. There were several little touches in the bar and reception which made our stay a fabulous experience. We will certainly look out for this hotel group again. Thank you

“Staffing levels inadequate to deal with peak capacity.”
Visited during Christmas Market period when hotel appeared close to capacity. Restaurant inadequate for breakfast service - both in terms of size and availability of staff. Rooms not always serviced timely. Put these issues right and the hotel would be a good one, which the Manager acknowledged.
