“Comfortable hotel in excellent location”
Comfortable hotel, with excellent location and helpful staff. Very good choice for breakfast and decent bar. The robot waiter was an additional attraction! Pretty good value for money too; not the cheapest but worth the price. I’d happily stay here again.

“So close to the Cathedral and train station!”
Very nice hotel with a view of the Cologne Cathedral. It's literally around the block from the Dom. Breakfast was great with so many choices.....they even have a robot you can place your dirty dishes on at the buffet! Beds and pillows were comfy, staff is very friendly and polite. “Close to everything.”
Close to everything. We came here for a football weekend, so close to train and tram was essential. When we also were almost neighbor to the Dom and Alter Markt it should be perfect. The room was not big but it was clean and modern with enough spots for charging mobile phones with USB and USB-c.

“Clean, comfortable”
Stayed here as part of a group from work for weekend and really enjoyed our stay. A bit of a problem with check in when we arrived.. we had checked in on line prior to arrival and did as requested with 1 room occupant filling in all details but when we arrived we had to go through the whole process… more

“Hotel check in was chaotic”
Good location for transportation and shops. Went with a group of seven for four rooms. Check in was chaotic in a small reception area. Unlike other hotels we were required to register on a iPad ourself. Some of us were slow and one receptionist was impatient and raising her voice. My wife was doing… more
