“Amazing Stay”
We just came back from a short trip here on Sunday, staying from 9/10 to 13/10 and I have to say, everything exceeded our expectations. We just came back from a short trip here on Sunday, staying from 9/10 to 13/10 and I have to say, everything exceeded our expectations. The hotel is located in a great spot just a stone's throw from Adenauerplatz station. Check in was so easy and the staff were fantastic, especially Mark who was super friendly and could not have been more helpful. The room we stayed in was a luxury twin with balcony, we were on the 6th and top floor, so I can't say what the other rooms are like but we really though it was spacious and comfortable. There is plenty to do around the hotel even in the immediate area there are restaurants and shops and it's only about 5 minute walk from Kueferstendamm. I would for sure stay here again. Thanks again to all the hotel staff!

“Scammers & filthy”
Besides picking up towels we left on a floor (as indicated by hotel to be changed), setting them as “new”, CUSTOMER SERVICE is terrible!!! No internet for 7 days!!! We tried contacting reception but with out much help.

From the first glance, it looks modern and nice but if you look closely, the hotel is wearing down. From the first glance, it looks modern and nice but if you look closely, the hotel is wearing down. Though it's in a good location close to buses and restaurants, it's also close to the Ambulence center so you hear sirens all day / night. Some staff were friendly and helpful, some were not. Pros: - nice fully towels - bar (reception was open most of the night) - baby crib provided Cons: - Room gets warm (no A/C) and window is away from bed - Tiny elevator - Very noisy streets - No neck pillows avail - Room is not thoroughly clean, needs more dusting
