On 23 January 2020, the new Balearic Law against Tourism Excesses entered into force, which prohibits all-inclusive deals with unlimited alcoholic beverages. Only a maximum of three alcoholic beverages per guest will be served during lunch and/or dinner.
We would also like to inform you of the following restrictions included in the law:
Practices which may endanger the life, health and physical integrity of guests are strictly prohibited at hotels, apartments and holiday properties. These practices include climbing from one balcony or window to another and jumping from inappropriate places such as balconies into swimming pools (a practice widely known as ';balconing';). Guests breaking the law will be immediately banished from the property and may be fined, states the law and the corresponding municipal regulations. The hotel/apartment manager or property agent must order said guests to leave immediately, which may require assistance from the security forces.
Failure to comply with the prohibition of practices which may endanger the life, health and physical integrity of guests will be considered a serious offence. In the Balearic Islands, serious offences are subject to a fine between 6,001 and 60,000 euros.

The usual Premier Inn top quality, looks like it's had a recent makeover. The staff were ALL very helpful, welcoming and happy to help. There was an issue with the booking (someone at a different location had added extra funds to the prebooked room) and practically every staff member we spoke to in the hotel was very keen to help (and got the issue successfully resolved without much fuss). The location is central to lots of public transport and sightseeing, plenty of locations within walking distance too.

“Happy with our stay”
Good location. Near to underground and buses. 5 min walk to zoo and surrounding shopping area. Staff were great and attentive. Happy hour 5 to 7 is great value, basically 50% off all drinks, so we were getting a pint for €2.50. Supermarket next door for any essentials. Plenty of bars and rest… more
Good location. Near to underground and buses. 5 min walk to zoo and surrounding shopping area. Staff were great and attentive. Happy hour 5 to 7 is great value, basically 50% off all drinks, so we were getting a pint for €2.50. Supermarket next door for any essentials. Plenty of bars and restaurants reachable on foot. Room size was sufficient, had bigger and also smaller in the past. Would highly recommend.

Very welcoming and helpful staff on arrival and throughout stay ,all speak good English ,great location for shops about 15 minute walk past Zoo onto shopping area ,(don't plan shopping on Sunday most are shut ) ,nice bar area and reception all clean even a happy hour 5-7 so good starting point for evening day's out .breakfast good as well .few take aways nearby and excellent restaurant on rhs on corner when exiting hotel ,only negatives rooms are uncomfortable due too poor air con controls was advised to open window too cool room not really practical when next to busy road ,also on website advises S9 too Zoo mines didn't stop there and no staff at airport station too ask help/advice .used Uber for return trip to airport @38 Euros and 40 mins to save myself strain on trains ,quite far from main attractions but no great hardship .all in all good hotel nice area ,staff excellent

“Not great value with noisy, stuffy rooms”
Very small room that was stuffy. When opening the window, it was facing the street which was very noisy. I could also hear the street noise with the window closed. Beds were comfortable as with all premiere inns Breakfast wasn't great especially for the 18 euro price tag

Good points - clean, good location, comfortable bed, friendly staff. Bad - the front of the hotel can be a bit noisy. Terrible - the rooms are uncomfortably hot, and there is no way to cool them down. Even if you’re in the back of the hotel, away from the road so you can open a window, ever… more
