“Good hotel worth a stay”

Good hotel for a family visit and very central for train station. We used train from airport on a Sunday evening and all worked well. Our room was on 33rd floor so not for those who don’t like heights. Very large hotel so not personal but staff very good.

Being on Alexanderplaz the location of this hotel is excellent, all major transport goes through here and I was day tripping and Flexbus has a major stop at Alexanderplatz. The room was basic, but that's all I need in a hotel, apart from sleeping there, I am never there. The bed was reasonably comfortable, coffee machine but only one pod a day. And a small TV. The shower was nice and hot. I was on he 34th floor, he lift to the floors is so quick. And the views from that height are amazing.

“Expected more”

Good location if you like the hustle and bustle of Alexander Platz, near to transport shopping eatieres. Booked a 2 night package with BA ost close to £500 ( not here for football ). Good location if you like the hustle and bustle of Alexander Platz, near to transport shopping eatieres. Booked a 2 night package with BA ost close to £500 ( not here for football ). Did not expect to ost 2 Euros per case to store luggage. 2nd day no housekeeping yet maid had been in room to change toilet roll and towel in floor for shower but no other towels ???Pillows not great but breakfast good. Would rather the P Inn about 59 metres away if I had known......

“Ok hotel for the area with a good breakfast ”

Myself and my boyfriend stayed here for two nights and chose this location as the transport was good and convenient to get to a concert. The hotel is very easy to find located in the centre square in Alexandraplatz with a Primark and some restaurants underneath. Check in was easy and friendly and we were on the 19th floor. The room was a lot smaller than expected and quite dated. The toilet is enclosed with a door that doesn't shut properly and the bath/shower & basin are in the bedroom with just a shower curtain. It's fine if you're a couple but you wouldn't want to share a room with a family member or friend. The bed was comfortable but it was two separate beds pushed together which moved if you rolled over to cuddle up. So not ideal. There was a coffee pod machine only offering one pod each a day with no decaf option. The TV only had one English new channel so it was very boring just hanging around in the room. There was also a very old and dusty bottle of water in the corner! The room was clean but badly needs a refurb and re model. The breakfast in the morning was completely different. A much more modern large room with a massive selection of hot and cold foods, cereals, breads, fruit, coffee etc. Unfortunately no gluten free items and when I asked I just got a No, and that was it. There is a sauna and roof top area which are €6 each to get into. I wouldn't stay in this area again as it was like going back 20 years and it's so bland with no colour anywhere. A really odd place. We did visit Berlin zoo which was a really nice day out and that area was more modern feeling. We also went to the Rock Cafe Halford about 15 mins away via the underground. If you're a rocker then this place is a must.
