“Fantastic hotel, great location”
Hotel and staff were excellent. Ideal location for us. Plenty of public transport a very short walk away. Rooms in hotel were great, plenty of space, fridge, kettle and tea/coffee facilities provided. And a safe if required. Rooms were also very clean. No noise at all either. Brilliant for a city h… more

“Very Helpful Staff”
Very helpful desk staff on Wednesday 30.10.24, who helped me with my parking in the area. Check-in was quick and efficient, room was ready, breakfast was full of choice, staff were attentive and were responsive to requests, a pleasant stay allround.

“Weekend”
We were in Berlin for the wedding of my cousin. We stayed in NH Berlin City Ost. It was an incredible experience. The receptionists (both the Turkish guy (sorry dont' remember his name) and Niloufar) have been really really helpful. We asked if we could have our rooms early , which they kindly did.… more

“Professional with the personal touch”
Excellent hotel given the very reasonable price. Good location (Berlin Ost) for clubbing. Staff very welcoming and helpful. Spotlessly clean everywhere. I didn't book breakfast but will next time as standards seem very high.

“Nh Berlin City Ost”
Berlin wasn't good when travelling with a dog. You weren't allowed to leave the pet in the hotel room but you weren't allowed to take it with you to a shopping mall or shops, or restaurants either. Room was quite old fashioned but service and personnel awesome, 10++++ to them ❤️
