“Great location”
Very conveniently located and great trendy decoration. Breakfast is sufficient. Lack of water in room and no water cooler when it’s hot isn’t great. Despite closeness to trains room was really quiet and air con was excellent. Would stay again.

Great property! I had no issue at all with the noise which is good because there is a lot of it. If you're looking for a quiet stay, this is not the property for you. First time in this chain of hotels. Charmed by the comfort and the service at reception desk BUT I must be the unlucky bird. “2 windows to keep the noise out”
The MotelOne Kudamm is actually located on the Kantstraße which is parallel to the Kudamm. The hotel is similar to all MotelOne's small rooms but clean and efficient. There is a small bar on the ground floor which is relaxing and nice. Friendly staff as always on these hotels.
