“Great location”

Very conveniently located and great trendy decoration. Breakfast is sufficient. Lack of water in room and no water cooler when it’s hot isn’t great. Despite closeness to trains room was really quiet and air con was excellent. Would stay again.

Location top! Very close to Ku'Damm and public transport. Mattresses good, pillows okay. Cleanliness poor. A lot of dust and bathroom is not cleaned thoroughly. Location top! Very close to Ku'Damm and public transport. Mattresses good, pillows okay. Cleanliness poor. A lot of dust and bathroom is not cleaned thoroughly. Leftover toothpaste in sink, hairs on tiles, water spots on mirror for days. Spotlight at the room entrance not working; room change was offered. Staying for 10 days so packing everything and moving was not an option, but learning that the technician is back first on Monday although the weekends are most busy was interesting. Dead insects on the floor at window at arrival and not cleaned for days. Next time Upper West again!

First time in this chain of hotels. Charmed by the comfort and the service at reception desk BUT I must be the unlucky bird. On 5 nights stay I had to complain twice 1/cleaners left my window wide open and when I came back late at night my room was colder than a fridge 2/i had the sign do not disturb for the morning left BEFORE 12 saw the cleaning staff in the hall on the floor where my room was and they did Not clean my room When I complained at reception it was my bad because I had put the sign then my room would not be cleaned at all. And their answer was how r they suppose to know u re gone and they can clean? No compensation offered obviously... My advice to the manager: get the cleaning personal to focus on their job and stop being on their phone while they clean 2/review the process "to clean or not to clean 3/review features of ur app to book breakfast because I really do not think it is normal to have to cancel payments of a whole bill just to change the breakfast date... The price of the hotel is reasonable for a service which should be correct. Not the case for me This said good location and comfy rooms even though bit small

“2 windows to keep the noise out”

The MotelOne Kudamm is actually located on the Kantstraße which is parallel to the Kudamm. The hotel is similar to all MotelOne's small rooms but clean and efficient. There is a small bar on the ground floor which is relaxing and nice. Friendly staff as always on these hotels.
