This hotel is ideally located less than 100 meters from Berlin Central Station, making it incredibly easy to travel around the city. Major attractions such as the Brandenburg Gate, Potsdamer Platz, Reichstag, and Unter den Linden are all within a 10 to 15-minute walk. The hotel itself is chic, with modern yet basic rooms equipped with essentials like air conditioning, a TV, a safe, and a shower. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the bar and patio area offer a welcoming atmosphere. I’ll definitely stay here again the next time I visit Berlin.

“Well positioned for the station”

This is a good hotel a few minutes walk from the station. Rooms were clean and comfortable and the buffet style breakfast was good. The staff at the bar were excellent and very helpful, my thanks to the team. The river, Brandenburg gate and other sights are walkable. I would stay there again

I was very disappointed by unprofessional and unwelcoming behaviour of staff both bar and reception, but namely Mrs. Vanessa at the reception. When we kindly asked for a bed wider then 140 cm ( for two adults for three nights), reception staff ( Vanessa and her colleague ) came to the room with folding up meter stick to "show me" the size of bed was not 140cm - when there enter the room, they did not rather measure it because the bed in the room was indeed 140 cm wide. When asking for other room staff was EXTREMELY unsympathetic . I cannot believe they have argued with me about what the size of the bed was. I am staying in M1 since 2011 never experienced such a humiliation. Breakfast was excellent though and the bed in the room (which we finally get after all that humiliation) was very comfortable to sleep on I have to say. Housekeeping did excellent job too when cleaning the room daily. When sharing our experience with hotel management, I did not even get any feedback. Shame.
