Spent a weekend to visit Berlin for the first time Hotel is located in a beautiful commercial and residential area in the western part of the city The area hosts many shops of famous brands and also many clubs, restaurants and some pubs with typical local people. There is a good connection with the centre even if it is perhaps not the best place to experience central Berlin Recommended for families and people who do not want to experience the active night life of Berlin but prefer to spend the day out and come back to the area for a relaxing evening Simply Lovely Staff!!

It was very good staying here. Wonderful location very accessible for all public transport. Room was very clean and comfortable and quiet. It was very good staying here. Wonderful location very accessible for all public transport. Room was very clean and comfortable and quiet. Sound proofing seemed very good allowing full peace pf mind during the stay. Breakfast was also good, but with western options only. Staff at reception, in the restaurant, and housekeeping were really great and helpful. However, hotel did not offer room service and dining other than breakfast which was still fine as there were plenty of other restaurants around. Laundry service was also not available in the hotel, but they did provide iron and iron board.

Just returned from a 3 night stay here. We arrived late at night and were swiftly checked in. The reception area is ok but the lift area is a bit drab and the lights are very cold! Just returned from a 3 night stay here. We arrived late at night and were swiftly checked in. The reception area is ok but the lift area is a bit drab and the lights are very cold! The corridors are a bit bland. The room itself was spacious although the bathroom could have done with a bit of a spruce up. When we worked out how the radiator worked it was nice and cosy in there. We booked a double room but it had 2 single beds pushed together with single quilts which was a bit odd. There was plenty of choice at breakfast although it was a bit odd having to come down from the 4th floor walk through a bit of a corridor and then go back up to floor 1 for breakfast! We were a bit disappointed that the hotel didn’t have a bar to sit in- this would have been nice after we came back from a day/ night out. The location of the hotel is greta- a 10 min walk from the zoo station and easily accessible to everywhere. Probably wouldn’t stay here again but it served its purpose.
