On 23 January 2020, the new Balearic Law against Tourism Excesses entered into force, which prohibits all-inclusive deals with unlimited alcoholic beverages. Only a maximum of three alcoholic beverages per guest will be served during lunch and/or dinner.
We would also like to inform you of the following restrictions included in the law:
Practices which may endanger the life, health and physical integrity of guests are strictly prohibited at hotels, apartments and holiday properties. These practices include climbing from one balcony or window to another and jumping from inappropriate places such as balconies into swimming pools (a practice widely known as ';balconing';). Guests breaking the law will be immediately banished from the property and may be fined, states the law and the corresponding municipal regulations. The hotel/apartment manager or property agent must order said guests to leave immediately, which may require assistance from the security forces.
Failure to comply with the prohibition of practices which may endanger the life, health and physical integrity of guests will be considered a serious offence. In the Balearic Islands, serious offences are subject to a fine between 6,001 and 60,000 euros.

“First Class Experience”
Outstanding service. Entire hotel staff was friendly and accommodating. The food at the on-site restaurant (Wirtshaus Alpinia) was excellent. First class in every respect. Only disadvantage was no minibar in the room. Would definitely visit this hotel again!

“Relaxing time at the Landhaus Alpinia”
What a lovely hotel. Clean comfortable room with friendly service and good food. Close to the bus so easy to travel to the attractions we wanted to see, but was in a quiet neighborhood. Plenty of restaurants close by! Definitely recommend!

This is a wonderful old world hotel. I am very, very, picky about hotels & was not sure what to expect but was pleasantly surprised with Landhaus Alpinia. I believe they normally cater to German visitors but they could not have made us feel more welcome. The rooms are spotlessly clean & adequate just not the same amenities as American hotels. It's very quiet which was wonderful for me since I'm a very light sleeper. The restaurant was very nice & the breakfast (included in price) selection was vast. The grounds are very nice. The staff is just wonderful & really went out of their way for us. I would HIGHLY recommend this hotel to anyone visiting in this part of Berlin.

The hotel is great in quite neighborhood. It is very beautiful decorated inside. Room was clean, quiet and big with mini fridge. Breakfast was good and I really liked it. The staff was very polite and friendly. Close to the hotel (200 m - 3min walk) is Lidl and Aldo were you can buy food and other things. The hotel is outside the center of Berlin, but it is very well connected with public transport (bus, U-Bahn, S-Bahn...).

“Very nice little hotel”
A small little hotel outside the city and with nice rooms, very good breakfast and kind personel. They even remembered my room number without my help! And the garden looks nice too although it is still ”sleeping”. Here I’ll be back!
