“Would not stay again”

Hotel is in a good location, close to transport links. Check in was really slow, think the staff member was new. Room was compact and very basic. Shower gel is provided. “Ill-maintained room”

Room is not well maintained. Durty bathroom. Non-welcome staff ... Location is good and near berlin center. You can access to berlin monument by bus (approx 2km) Breakfast is good. Parking is paid for 17e/nigth

Guests at Ibis Budget Berlin City Potsdamer Platz say: Hotel is in a good location, close to transport links. Check in was really slow, think the staff member was new. Room was compact and very basic. Shower gel is provided. We requested more towels as only one is provided and this was not a problem. Breakfast was good, plenty of choice. Room was clean. No kettle or hairdryer though. You can rent a hairdryer but need to have cash to do so. The bed is comfortable but the pillows are dreadful, if you can call a pillowcase stuffed with bits of foamlike stuff a pillow. No support whatsoever in them. I woke each morning with pain in my neck and shoulder. The hotel needs to address this! Because of the pillow situation I would not stay here again.
